A big advantage is the possibility of bar optimizer responsible for the automatic multiple part clamping for the bars. The clamps to program of Maka are used intensively and do not only allow a stretching of parts out of a bar, but the pushing of bars, not exceeding the machine bed length.

On our 11m machine we can machine bars with a length of 16m in one procedure.

The PUMA-System® supports the saw blade, the angle head and the pendulum work. Altogether we use 4 different profile machining centres.

The trainings and support were excellent. CAMäleon is a competent partner who were able to accelerate about 30%, through its competence in profile machining, our machines through intelligent programming!."
