CAMaeleon Prod. GmbH delivered the PUMA-System to Nagoya / Japan for the production of new parts. This installation is used to do parts for the new bullet train Shinkansen N700. Using the same track, this train can do 15mph more than the others and consumes less energy.

Staff members from Nippon Sharyo have been one week in Germany joining the basic training at CAMaeleon Prod. GmbH in the South of Germany. Then we made a 10-day-training as a helping hand support in Toyokawa/Japan. The new 5axes machining centre from elumatec machines heavy profiles used in oscillating operation.
The software has been adapted on site and is used to transfer the ISO-Code directly into the SQL-Server of the machining center which is 150m away. Simulation is used to check the programs in advance. After simulation a 3D model as SAT or STEP format can be delivered to the design department, even if they used a 2D drawing as source for programming.
