This first training will take place in our office rooms during a period of 5 days from Monday to Friday and gives you the idea to handle the PUMA-System. We give you following contents:

Installation of PUMA-System®  V14 ACIS, basic modules OPUS editor, database and geometry manipulator, production of default profile sections, default procedures on 90° sides, tool production and installation in machining centre, technology information and drill sequence database BB, machining and notching with the saw blade.

Machining on free sides with 5 axes application, any contours, data entry relative, polar and direct,  jump functions like end, centre or angle of part, notchings with some additional angles, import of profile forms as DXF file.

Import of 3D models, recognition of model machinings, saw cut of a model side.

The help system, the clamp management, automatic and manual clamp distribution, production, sorting and modification of the NC code, zero point positions and intervention possibilities, simulation with/without blank update, time studies and optimization.

In the optional ISO training we explain in a 2-days-course the characteristics of the syntax we use. We do not treat the basic knowledges in the ISO code but concentrate on the workmanship. In the ISO code you can exhaust the complete optimization potential.

In our client-specific assembly trainings we train your second team, impart specific part functions of the PUMA-System or train at a special order part.
